WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Global Edge Technology is an American company headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We operate two offshore development centers in India, located in Bangalore and Hyderabad. We are not a middleman in that we own and operate the branch offices in India.
All developers, project managers, and other employees in our Indian offices are directly interviewed, hired, employed, and managed by Global Edge Technology.

HOW DO YOU OPERATE?
Global Edge Technology is setup to handle both your large and small IT projects. All communication between you and the developers will be done through a U.S. based project manager. The project manager will work with you to define requirements, establish a project plan, prioritize tasks, develop test plans, and handle any other needs. The project manager then works with the development team in India.
If necessary, occasional "All Hands" conference calls or video conferences may be scheduled between the client, the project manager, and the development team in India. For smaller projects that require 1 or 2 developers, your project manager will primarily work with you over phone and email, with the periodic face-to-face meeting. For large projects, you may have a project manager located at your office full time. It depends on your needs, the nature of the work, and the size of the project.
